Sha Fister, Principal Broker and Owner of Threshold Real Estate Services (est. 2025), brings two decades of professional experience and a lifetime of local insight to Central Kentucky real estate. Licensed since 2005 and in brokerage management since 2010, Sha has been the Responsible Broker for more than 28,000 closed real estate transactions while managing upwards of 200 agents across multiple counties, gaining unmatched expertise in navigating the most unique and challenging situations in order to reach the closing table.

Sha approaches the profession with a servant’s heart. He believes that every real estate move represents a major life transition and that Realtors are entrusted to shepherd clients with care, confidence, and compassion. For Sha, success isn’t just a smooth closing—it’s knowing his clients feel supported and excited for the next chapter of their lives.

A lifelong Central Kentucky and Lexington native, Sha loves spending time with his family, especially his five grandkids, and enjoys fishing, woodworking, and just about anything outside!
